 In this role, you will combine classic controlling responsibilities with the development and continuous enhancement of a modern energy management system. By linking financial insights with sustainability initiatives, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven and future-oriented business decisions.

• You will take ownership of the further development and continuous enhancement of our energy management system, including load management and energy monitoring.
• You will analyze energy consumption, load profiles, and cost structures, develop meaningful KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations.
• You will manage the controlling of energy and construction projects, covering business case evaluations, investment analyses, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• You will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001 and drive the digitalization of reporting and analysis processes.
• You will prepare reports, forecasts, and decision-making materials for business units and management.
• You will contribute to the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts while supporting business functions in the effective financial management of their activities.
• You will analyze budget-versus-actual variances, identify optimization opportunities, and develop appropriate performance management measures.
• You will prepare business analyses, ad hoc evaluations, and management reports to support both strategic and operational decision-making.

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
• You have initial professional experience in Controlling, Energy Controlling, or Energy Management, and possess a sound understanding of cost accounting, management accounting, and investment appraisal.
• You have a technical understanding of energy, infrastructure, or construction projects, ideally with exposure to load management, EV charging infrastructure, or energy storage technologies.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
• You have strong analytical skills, a passion for working with numbers, and a structured, self-driven approach to work.
• You are an effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and business functions.
