Your mission

You expand existing customer relationships by implementing and successfully introducing the myWBG Pooling Portal at customer sites.
You advise customers on interface solutions and sell additional digital services.
You coordinate and support system integrations between customers and WBG Pooling.
You work closely with the field sales team to identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base.
You support and assist our customers in using the myWBG Pooling Portal.
You conduct contract negotiations and successfully bring agreements to closure.
You prepare analyses, reports, and statistics to support business decision-making.
You analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
You support our team at trade fairs and events and professionally represent the company.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
You stand out through your strong sales skills and your keen understanding of customer needs.
You possess excellent communication skills and are confident when delivering presentations.
You have a strong affinity for IT and a basic understanding of ERP systems.
You have a good command of English. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
You are proficient in using MS Office and digital applications.
You are characterized by analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
You work reliably, flexibly, and independently.
You are willing to travel and hold a valid Class B driver's license.
